Enghouse Acquires CustomCall Data Systems

Acquisition Brings Hosted Billing and Provisioning OSS Solutions to Enghouse's Networks Division

(firmenpresse) - MARKHAM, ONTARIO and MADISON, WISCONSIN -- (Marketwire) -- 03/01/12 -- Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX: ESL) today announced it has acquired CustomCall Data Systems, Inc. for a purchase price of approximately US$7.3 million. CustomCall has approximately 40 employees located in Madison, Wisconsin.
