has been appointed Commercial Director for PICS in Europe, Middle East and Africa, managing relationships with clients across the region spanning multiple sectors, with particular emphasis in mining, cement, oil and gas, transport and power.
Rhys has over 15 years' experience in the international risk management field, having joined PICS from Europe's largest occupational safety and health organization. During this time he led auditing, training and implementation projects for blue-chip clients with global operations. This integrated client objectives with local regulatory requirements and established sector best practice. Rhys also advises clients on how to engage contractors and suppliers in their sustainability initiatives.
, with a 30 year background in the commercial risk assessment field, joins PICS as Business Development Manager for UK and EMEA. Simon will contribute an in-depth knowledge of the challenges facing the UK commercial sector and how businesses can effectively protect themselves from the risks associated with managing large, complex supply chains.
also takes up position as Business Development Manager and has over 17 years' experience in the supplier compliance and accreditation sector and an extensive, expert knowledge in sustainable supplier solutions.
