(the "Company" or "Legend Gold") (TSX VENTURE: LGN) - On February 29, 2012, the Company granted incentive stock options to a Director, officer and a consultant entitling them to purchase an aggregate of 440,000 shares in the capital of the Company subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The options are exercisable for a ten year term until February 28, 2022 at a price of $0.19 per share.
