Lighting up the way: On the day of the heaviest snowfall of the new year, a one-of-a-kind public space project that contributes to downtown Edmonton's vibrancy reclaimed a backstreet alley by creating temporary sculptures. is making better use of otherwise lost spaces, making residents see them in a different light.
