Global Supply Chain Management Company Selects Halogen for Talent Management Based on Customer Service and Ease of Use

Prior to Halogen, OHL was using an online system from another talent management vendor that wasn't intuitive; managers and employees found it frustrating and time-consuming to use. Similarly, from an administrative perspective the system lacked the flexibility to allow OHL's HR team to complete common administrative functions without vendor support, and yet obtaining customer service and support from the vendor was difficult.
To replace its legacy system, OHL reviewed multiple talent management vendors and selected Halogen based on the talent management leader's high customer satisfaction ratings, and the ease of use and affordability of its solution.
