ANNOUNCEMENT UNDER THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKET ACT, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 OF A
CHANGE IN THE SHAREHOLDING IN OUTOTEC OYJ
In accordance with the Securities Market Act, Chapter 2, Section 10 Outotec Oyj
announces that group holdings of Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (200 West Street, New
York, New York 10282-2198, USA) in shares of Outotec Oyj (OTE1V) on March
2, 2012 fell below 5% and were 191,499 shares, which represents 0.42% of the
share capital and votes in the company.
The share capital of Outotec Oyj consists of 45,780,373 shares and each share is
entitled to one vote at the general meeting of shareholders.
