Novotus Reports Record Recruiting Growth in 2011

Following significant growth in 2010, Alert Logic first partnered with Novotus in January of 2011 to assist in implementing an aggressive growth plan to rapidly increase their workforce. By quickly implementing an applicant tracking system, analytics for future forecasting and proven methodologies for sourcing and recruiting, Novotus became a seamless part of the Alert Logic recruiting strategy. Novotus provided both strategic and administrative support throughout the recruiting process, from candidate intake through the early stages of onboarding.
