Trinitas Ventures Hires Sales and Marketing Manager
(firmenpresse) - LAFAYETTE, IN -- (Marketwire) -- 03/06/12 -- Shannon Sorrells recently joined , a premier developer, owner and manager of high-quality student housing communities, as a sales and marketing manager for Trinitas' property management division, where she will ensure that new and existing student housing properties continue to achieve strong rents and occupancies.

Her sales and marketing savvy and deep understanding of our industry will be a valuable asset to Trinitas," remarked Loren King, Chief Operating Officer of Trinitas. Prior to joining Trinitas, Ms. Sorrells served as Director of Marketing with SC Bodner Company in Indianapolis, IN, and as Marketing Manager with Buckingham Companies in Carmel, Indiana. Shannon is a graduate of Ball State University, a Certified Property Manager, and the recipient of two Indiana Apartment Association awards: 2010 Best Corporate Website, and 2005 Best Overall Marketing Program.
