Firm Continues Expansion of Corporate and Real Estate Practice
(firmenpresse) - OAKLAND, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/07/12 -- Fitzgerald Abbott & Beardsley announced today that John F. Gardner has joined the firm as a partner and Co-Chair of the Business and Corporate Transactions Group in the Oakland and Walnut Creek offices. He comes to Fitzgerald Abbott & Beardsley from Caroll, Burdick & McDonough, where he was a partner and Chair of the Corporate and Real Estate Transactions Group.
Mr. Gardner advises clients in the formation, financing, management, and disposition of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. He advises and counsels real estate developers, builders, and institutional lenders in connection with acquisitions, development projects, project finance, and regulatory and land use approvals, and has been lead counsel on several hundred million dollars in real estate ventures. In addition, Mr. Gardner serves as outside general counsel to clients in the real estate, high technology, communications, and manufacturing industries.
