(“NetCents”), with which On4 has entered into a binding share exchange agreement to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of NetCents, has completed and integrated its email deposit notification. Now when a NetCents user deposits funds to his or her NetCents account they will be notified via email when the funds have cleared and are available for use.
