Chubb Canada will implement Symbility Claims Connect®, a collaborative workflow management solution with unparalleled control and visibility of claims throughout the claim lifecycle, to enhance their existing claims management system across its network of adjustors and building contractors. Chubb Canada will also utilize Symbility Mobile Claims®, an innovative estimating tool designed to improve efficiency, customer service and speed during the estimation process. Accessible from any personal computer, the application incorporates measurements, diagrams and pricing databases to create property and casualty claim estimates quickly, easily and in many cases, just one site visit. Everyone involved in the claims process will be integrated into one system, in order to provide a single, transparent and market leading claims experience to Chubb Canada's customers.
