Neil is an experienced IT Professional with an honours degree in Computing Science and 25 years related industry experience. A significant part of his career was spent in leadership roles with the Vancouver Stock Exchange (VSE), Burntsand and Peoples Trust. He has managed significant large scale complex information system projects through all phases of development including overseeing system design and implementation. Neil was educated in the UK and attended the University of Greenwich in London.
