have been transferred to the personnel involved in the Company's Performance
Share Plan 2010 and the Restricted Stock Plan 2010. The shares were transferred
from the shares owned by Amer Sports Corporation.

Amer Sports Corporation now holds a total of 719,973 shares and Amer Sports
