Constellation Increases Credit Facility
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 03/13/12 -- Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) announced today it has finalized an amendment to increase its credit facility from U.S. $160 million to U.S. $300 million with a syndicate of new and existing institutions. The facility, which expires in 2016, is available for general corporate purposes including acquisitions, working capital, and distributions.
"We are pleased with the size, flexibility and duration of the increased facility," said John Billowits, Chief Financial Officer of Constellation. "The new facility will enable us to take advantage of acquisitions in excess of our operating cash flow, should the opportunities arise."
