Mullins, based out of VIP's New York office, will work across all lines of business to help VIP grow and expand, specifically in the healthcare market. He brings nearly 25 years of senior-level financial and operational leadership with a considerable history of leading large-scale technology implementations and business process outsourcing operations in the healthcare market.

As a well-established industry thought leader, Mullins has led the implementation and takeover of technology and business operations for a number of healthcare programs nationwide.
