The Board of Directors of Yuxinlong International Limited ('YIL') wishes to
announce that Mr. Dan Lu has agreed to accept a seat on the YIL board.
'We are very pleased and excited to have Mr. Lu on our Board of Directors.
Mr. Lu, who also functions as a Director of CYTS Hotels&Property
Management Inc ('CYTS'), will assist our company with establishing a niche
in the area of tourism development. It is our intention to expand the
company focus from traditional residential and commercial development, and
expand into the high growth development of tourist attractions and tourism
projects,' commented Mr. Wang Ying Chun, CEO of YIL.
Due to the prosperity and incredible growth of the past decade, Chinese
citizens have continued to accumulate personal wealth. Travel and tourism
is a primary focus for consumer demand. In the past few years, tourism has
become a high growth consumer industry inside China, reporting a compounded
growth rate of over 30% per year. CYTS is a state owned enterprise formed
to develop tourist attractions in China in order to accommodate the
explosion in Chinese tourism.
'A tremendous opportunity is unfolding due to the cooperation between CYTS
and Yuxinlong. ' Mr. Wang Ying Chun added. 'Yuxinlong will be the primary
developer of the Water City Project in the Cao Fei Lake region, which is a
multi-billion dollar project that will transform the harbor city into the
backyard playground of Beijing. Our company is also in line to develop
future projects near Shanghai, and in Yunnan and GuangXi , which are
designated as future five-star tourist destinations. The demand for hotels,
condos, and luxury housing will propel our future growth for the next few
decades. And Mr. Dan Lu will play a vital role in positioning both CYTS
and Yuxinlong to take advantage of opportunities presented by this new era
of prosperity.'
