TransAtlantic signs contract for three of its offshore vessels

(Thomson Reuters ONE) - TransAtlantic has through its joint venture company, Trans Viking signed acontract with the English company Capricorn Energy Ltd. Capricorn is a whollyowned subsidiary of the British oil company Cairn Energy UK PLC based inEdinburgh.The two combined AHTS/Icebreaker Balder Viking and Vidar Viking and the newlybuilt AHTS-vessel Loke Viking will assist oil drilling west of Greenland,starting in mid June/July 2010. The operation extends over a four month period.Loke Viking is the first new building in a series of four, being built atshipyard in Spain.
