HAVER ADAMS® - performance at new dimensions
(PresseBox) - The HAVER ADAMS® will be the centrepiece of HAVER & BOECKER's presentation at ACHEMA 2012 in Frankfurt, Germany. The packing specialist will show its optimised packing system for powder-type products into PE bags at the mutually shared Stand F38 in Hall 3.0 together with subsidiary companies Feige Filling and Sommer GmbH & Co. KG.
Since its launch six years ago, the packing system, which uses the Form-Fill-Seal principle, has been improved so that also the toughest customer demands for speed and product variety can be fulfilled. While at first 1200 bags per hour could be filled in an environmentally gentle way with powder-type products, namely cement, today products with poor flow properties and powder-type products with granular components and micro-granulates can be packed into compact, sealed, weather-tight bags at a rate of 2000 bags per hour. The advantages of this kind of durable packaging include extended storage times in wind and weather, a guaranteed cleanliness along the entire supply chain and an improved price/benefit ratio, all very much appreciated by the customers of the building materials and cement industries. These advantages also apply to the same extent to the chemicals industry.
The packing system can be the heart of a turnkey plant delivered whole by the HAVER Group - an ambitious supplier of complete solutions involving every step from planning to engineering, stocking, packaging and palletizing.

Together the companies will present their expertise as suppliers of turnkey production and packaging lines for stocking, mixing and filling liquid and pasty products to ACHEMA visitors.
