ETS Announces New Customer Support Center for Spanish Students to Assist Record-Breaking Number of TOEFL(R) Test Takers in Spain
(firmenpresse) - PRINCETON, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 03/19/12 -- Test takers studying for the TOEFL® test in Spain now can take advantage of a new TOEFL Customer Support Center. Educational Testing Service (ETS) has announced a customer support center, available toll-free by phone at or email at , to serve the growing numbers of TOEFL test takers throughout Spain.
The TOEFL® Spanish Customer Support Center offers guidance and timely information for students regarding the TOEFL test. The new support center streamlines the testing process by assisting students in identifying test preparation materials, locating test centers, obtaining their score reports, ordering additional score reports and other pre- or post-administration inquiries.
"ETS launched the center in response to the growing interest of Spanish students taking the TOEFL test," commented Maria-Victoria Calabrese, Academic and Government Relations Director, ETS Global BV.
