("Merus" or the "Company") (TSX: MSL)(NASDAQ: MSLI) is pleased to announce that it has been approved for an $8.3 million debt facility with Royal Bank of Canada through their Life Sciences Group. It is anticipated that the funds will be used to finance future product acquisitions. The board of directors and management of Merus view this debt facility as another step toward enhancing the capital base of the Company and facilitating execution of the growth strategy.
