COLG ACQUISITION OF 50% INTEREST IN

THERIUM CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LTD (TCML) COMPLETES





COLG is pleased to announce that its acquisition of a 50% interest in TCML has
completed at a cost of £300,000 as previously announced on 17 December 2009.
Funding for working capital has commenced and initial seeding (up to a maximum
commitment of £1.8million) of a Guernsey Fund is in progress.  TCML has a strong
pipeline of cases for funding going forward and TCML is in active discussions to
expand that fund.
