Andreas Richter and Frankfurt P+P partner Pia Dorfmueller as speakers at
the 12th Annual Tax Planning Strategies U.S. and Europe Conference in
Vienna.
The 12th annual conference 'Tax Planning Strategies U.S. and Europe' will
be held in Vienna on the 29 - 30 of March, 2012. It is being jointly
organized by the American Bar Association Section of Taxation, the
International Fiscal Association - USA Branch, the International Bar
Association Taxes Committee, and the American Bar Association Section of
International Law. The Wealth Management Workshop will be held on 28 March
2012.
Topics to be discussed will include inter alia international developments
in the area of source and resident taxation, tax structuring into the CEE,
tax risk management in light of recent tax litigation, permanent
establishments, group taxation as well as a merger&acquisitions update.
Dr. Andreas Richter, Partner at P+P Berlin focusing on private clients,
will be a speaker at the Pre-Conference Wealth Management Workshop on the
topic 'Why International Private Clients Like Europe: Effective European
Planning Structures' and Dr. Pia Dorfmueller, Partner at P+P Frankfurt, who
is focusing on international tax law and M&A, will be a speaker at the Tax
Planning Strategies Conference on 30 March regarding the topic 'Mergers And
Acquisitions Update'.
