Martini Media Opens Offices in Atlanta and Chicago, Announces New Team Members as It Experiences Category Growth

The organizational additions are reflective of the company's commitment to build and maintain a strong and dynamic team as it experiences significant category growth parallel to the growth seen in the digital ad market. These two new offices, combined with the company's San Francisco, New York, Detroit, Los Angeles and London offices, allow the company to better grow and serve its clients across a number of diverse categories.

One of the main goals behind opening new offices in these two major cities was to strengthen the development of category and industry expertise within the company's sales team. Assigning members of the team to focus on specific categories was tested in Q4 in the travel category with great success, resulting in a significant increase in revenue because of this focus. The new offices and team members will continue to focus on growing revenue in other categories for Martini Media.
Key additions include:
Michael Watson is a seasoned advertising sales and marketing executive with close to 20 years of experience across multiple media platforms. Watson most recently held the position of digital regional sales director for the Hearst Corporation's TV group. Prior to Hearst, Watson held a number of digital sales positions for some of the worlds most respected brands. He was a sales manager at Advertising.com and the director of sales for Weather.com's Southeast region. Watson brings a commitment to the consultative sales approach and a focus on understanding the affluent audience.
Ron Golminas comes to Martini Media from Blip.tv where he was the vice president of Midwest sales. Previously he was an associate manager at Newsweek/Newsweek.com where he increased digital revenue in the last three years by 40 percent, 50 percent and 40 percent, respectively. Golminas has more than 20 years of sales experience, with over a decade in digital. He will be a great asset to Martini Media's growing Midwest region as he concentrates on servicing consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands.
Alexandra Miller comes to Martini Media from The Economist Group, where she was a top performer working with clients including BMW, Goldman Sachs, Chase and ExxonMobile. With extensive marketing and sales experience, Miller began her career as an ad agency buyer and will bring a consultative approach to develop client relationships. Her experience, energy and knowledge of various emerging platforms will be critical to growing Martini Media's category success in the East.
