Tajiri Resources Announces Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/22/12 -- Tajiri Resources Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: TAJ) has arranged, subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange, a private placement totalling $250,000. These finances will be raised by the company issuing up to 2.5 million units ("Unit") at a price of $0.10 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $250,000.00. Each Unit shall consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each whole Warrant shall entitle the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.15 for a period of 12 months following the closing of the Offering.
The net proceeds of the private placement will be used for further exploration on the company's properties and for working capital purposes.
