CFO of Intuit and Former CFO of Visa USA Inc. Neil Williams Joins RingCentral's Board of Directors
(firmenpresse) - SAN MATEO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/26/12 -- RingCentral, Inc., a leading provider of cloud business phone systems, today announced that Neil Williams, chief financial officer of Intuit, has joined its board of directors.

Mr. Williams became Intuit's senior vice president and chief financial officer in January 2008, bringing strategic, operational and transactional experience gained in nearly 30 years in the financial services industry. He is responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including corporate strategy and business development, investor relations, financial operations and real estate.
Before joining Intuit, Williams was the executive vice president and chief financial officer for Visa U.S.A., Inc. Williams concurrently served as chief financial officer for Inovant LLC, Visa's global information technology organization, responsible for global transactions processing and technology development. His previous banking experience includes senior financial positions at commercial banks in the Southern and Midwest regions of the United States.
Mr. Williams holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a certified public accountant.
