Experienced Human Resources Professional to Lead Company's Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development Strategies

Tarnacki brings more than 16 years of executive level experience in the field of human resources to her new role at WorkForce Software. As vice president of HR, she will be responsible for all major HR functions, including talent acquisition, human capital management, employee relations, organizational development and succession planning. She will also advise the senior leadership team on effective HR programs and improve overall efficiency in the HR department. Prior to joining WorkForce Software, Tarnacki led the HR operations of organizations such as New World Systems, Dorado Software, AiMetrix and Frontier Communications. She is a regular participant at numerous HR seminars and conferences and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
