EVRY: Annual Accounts for 2011

(Oslo, 26 March 2012) The Annual Report and Accounts were today approved by the
company's Board of Directors. The group's profit for 2011 (pre-tax and post-tax)
are unchanged from the provisional figures reported on 9 February 2012. EDB
ErgoGroup ASA will change name to EVRY ASA at the Annual General Meeting 23
April 2012.
The Annual Report and Accounts will be published on www.evry.com on 2 April
2012.
