Holy Spirit Health System is a community Catholic health system that provides high quality, ethically-guided and cost effective health services. Project Insight's project and portfolio management software provides the Information Technology (IT) Project Office at Holy Spirit Health System with a central location to effectively manage all strategic projects and resource workloads.
Holy Spirit Health System is headquartered in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania and includes more than 40 additional locations in Pennsylvania. One IT Project Office provides support to all locations. Prior to Project Insight, the IT Project Office relied on updating Excel spreadsheets and a database. However, the database was not web based and information was not available in real-time. The IT Manager wanted to improve the process by providing the project team with all project documents as well as the ability to balance their workloads in one place. He was looking for a way to smoothly manage all strategic projects for the organization.
Holy Spirit's IT Project Office needed a project management solution that could:
Give project and IT coordinators visibility into all projects across the system

Executives log in daily to their dashboard report which shows the entire portfolio of current projects.
