NPRO - Sale of Oksenøyveien 3

Norwegian Property ASA has entered into an agreement for the sale of
Oksenøyveien 3 at Fornebu, Bærum. The property value is NOK 175 million, which
is equal to the current valuation after remeasurement and reclassification of
the property area in line with prevailing market standards. The buyer is HBK
Invest AS. The sale is in line with Norwegian Property's strategy to actively
develop the portfolio.
The transaction is estimated to be completed during March 2010.
