(TSX VENTURE: MOC) ("Morumbi" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the Company's application to change the name of the Company to "Morumbi Resources Inc.", as approved by the shareholders of the Company at the annual and special meeting of the shareholders on January 31, 2012. Effective today, March 27th, the Company's name will be "Morumbi Resources Inc." and the Company's shares will continue to trade under the stock symbol "MOC". The Company's new CUSIP number will be 61945F106.
The Company's SEDAR profile at has been amended to reflect the name change and copies of the Certificate and Articles of Amendment have been filed under the Company's SEDAR profile.
