Coral Gold Resources Ltd.: Warrants Extension
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/27/12 -- Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: CLH)(OTCBB: CLHRF)(BERLIN: GV8)(FRANKFURT: GV8) ("Coral") wishes to announce that it has applied for an extension to its terms of the warrants issued pursuant to a private placement announced on March 3, 2010. The amendment will extend the expiry dates of the warrants for six (6) months from April 1, 2012 and April 23, 2012 to October 1, 2012 and October 23, 2012 respectively. All other terms remain the same.
