B&B TOOLS AB : B&B TOOLS sells properties in western Sweden

B&B TOOLS is selling three retail properties in Trollhättan, Lysekil and
Vänersborg, respectively.
The transaction will be conducted in the form transfers of limited liability
companies. The purchaser will gain access to the properties immediately. It is
estimated that the sales will generate a capital gain of approximately MSEK 15
and have a positive impact on cash flow of approximately MSEK 30 for the Group
during the current financial year 2011/2012.
