AOTMP Research Reveals Critical Drivers for Enterprises' Global TEM / WMM Program Expansion Plans

(firmenpresse) - INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- (Marketwire) -- 03/28/12 -- research has revealed that over 30% of enterprises have a global TEM / WMM program. The most commonly TEM / WMM supplier offerings used by enterprises in their global program include technology only (27%), managed services only (18%), and a combination of technology and managed services (9%).

Additionally, enterprises cited telecom cost savings (77%) and process efficiency and control (62%) as the top two factors influencing their initial decision to globalize their TEM / WMM program, while spend visibility and business intelligence (86%) was the driving factor for continued global expansion. Of the enterprises with existing global TEM / WMM programs, 18% revealed plans for expansion into other parts of the globe.
