(TSX VENTURE: VH) ("Valhalla" or the "Company") announces that it is participating in negotiations concerning the acquisition of a material mineral project. The Company's common shares are currently halted and the Company intends to keep the common shares halted until negotiations concerning the acquisition and a resulting transaction have advanced or terminated, and a further announcement will be made at such time.
