BWG Homes ASA: Approved financial statements 2011

The Board of directors in BWG Homes ASA has approved the consolidated financial
statements, the parent company`s financial statements and the Board of
Directors` report for 2011. Consolidated earnings after tax were NOK 159.3
million (IFRS). This corresponds to the preliminary statements for 2011
published on 14 February 2012.
The Annual Report will be published on www.bwghomes.no primo May together with
the notice for the Annual General Meeting which will be held on 24 May 2012.
