Long Term Incentive Plan Awards
The announcement on 28 March 2012, under HUG1598066, of awards under the Long
Term Incentive Plan of Novae Group plc on 28 March 2012 to the three executive
directors, set out an incorrect number of Ordinary shares of £1.125 ("Share(s)")
over which awards to those directors had been made. The correct number of Shares
over which the three executive directors acquired a beneficial interest is as
set out below. The market value of a Share for the purpose of the awards made on
28 March 2012 was £3.7375.
