Marcel van Buren has been appointed acting Director Business Solutions

Joris Höppener, Director of the Business Solutions division and member of
Ordina's Executive Committee has decided to leave Ordina as of 1 May 2012 due to
urgent personal circumstances. He will be returning to Japan to be with his
family-in-law. Höppener joined Ordina in July 2011 and was responsible for
raising the Business Solutions division's profile in the market. As of the 1st
of May, Marcel van Buren (44) will lead the Business Solutions division on an
interim basis.
Van Buren has been with Ordina since 1995 and has held various functions within
the company. In 2011, he became Director of Corporate Affairs & Portfolio and a
member of Ordina's Executive Committee.
Ordina's Business Solutions division focuses on developing and bringing standard
solutions to business problems, prevalent across various sectors, onto the
market. Examples are solutions for the implementation of new legislation and
regulations in the government institutions' systems, processing of mortgages and
wealth accumulation transactions, interactive business models or 'big data'
solutions.
