Steven Rafferty, COO Farming, will leave Cermaq

Steven Rafferty, Chief Operating Officer Farming, has given notice he will leave
Cermaq to take up a position as CFO of Morpol S.A., a salmon processor with
headquarters in Poland. Rafferty's last day in Cermaq will be 31 March 2010.
The process of recruiting a new COO will start immediately.
Steven Rafferty has made a significant contribution to Cermaq, also in his
previous position as CFO, and we wish him well for the future, says CEO Geir
Isaksen.
