Herman van Campenhout appointed CEO with effect from 3 March 2010; Cees Veerman appointed chairman of the Supervisory Board

Resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of
USG People N.V.
Almere, 2 March 2010 - Almost all items on the agenda of the Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders held on 2 March 2010 were approved or, as the
case may be, adopted by the shareholders as proposed.
During the General Meeting, the Supervisory Board formally announced its
intention of appointing Herman van Campenhout as Chief Executive Officer of USG
People N.V. The Supervisory Board will appoint Herman van Campenhout as CEO for
a period of four years with effect from 3 March 2010.
The Supervisory Board nominated Cees Veerman as the new chairman of the
Supervisory Board of USG People N.V. Pending his appointment, Cees Veerman had
already been assigned to the Supervisory Board on 1 December 2009. The
shareholders approved Cees Veerman's appointment as chairman of the Supervisory
Board, and appointed him for a period of four years.
The term of appointment of Alex Mulder as a member of the Supervisory Board is
due to expire on 21 April 2010. The Supervisory Board has nominated Alex Mulder
for reappointment, and in addition, the Central Works Council has also highly
recommended him for reappointment, as they did regarding his original
appointment in 2006. The shareholders reappointed Alex Mulder as a member of the
Supervisory Board for a period of four years.
On his own initiative, Herman van Campenhout stated during the meeting that he
will waive his right to payment of the sign-on bonus by USG People. The
compensation for members of the Supervisory Board was adopted by the
shareholders in conformity with the motion.
