In accordance with Noreco's option scheme approved by the extraordinary general
meeting held 14 January 2008 and the ordinary general meeting held 27 May 2009,
the board of directors has decided to issue employee share options. A total of
1 934 679 options have been issued, each with a strike price of NOK 17,00 per
share. The options may be exercised during a period from 3 to 5 years from the
date of grant.
