Aditro : NCC renew their payroll system from Aditro

NCC chose Aditro as provider of their new payroll system in Norway. The
implementation project of Aditros payroll system for NCC started in 2011 and
first payroll delivery with the new system was made in January 2012. The new
payroll system in Norway is part of NCC's effort to have a common HR platform
with transparency, simplicity and openness throughout the processes as a goal.
- Aditro was chosen as a provider after a comprehensive evaluation of the
important elements in any solution renewal. The payroll solution as such,
delivery process, price and implementation plan were all thoroughly reviewed,
says HR Director at NCC Construction, Arnt Vidvei.
The implementation project for the new NCC payroll system has been one of the
most successful projects for Aditro Norway in 2011. An important reason for the
success was a very rigorous process of follow ups throughout the process, all
the way from the buying process, to clear delivery milestones and a strong
project management from both Aditro and the customer. The payroll professionals
in NCC have been engaged throughout the project and have taken a strong
ownership of the process. This has been an important factor in the successful
change of payroll solution.
- For Aditro, this is one of many contracts for payroll in construction industry
where personnel are working in various parts of the country during one year. It
seems like our solutions have a particularly good fit with customers that have
complex needs and demands for their payroll systems, says Dag Storli, Director

The contract covers payroll administration to all 2000 NCC employees in Norway.
