YUXINLONG MOVES TO EXPAND PRESENCE IN CAO FEI LAKE PROJECT
MISSISSAUGA, ON 02.04.2012 - Yuxinlong International Limited, ('YLØ')
(Börse Frankfurt YLØ) announced today that talks between CYTS and YLØ, to
develop the 380.6 acres adjacent to the YLØCaofei Lake Island project,
have intensified since CYTS announced the joint venture with YLØ. The
development of the site calls for construction of a factory outlet style
shopping mall, a 500 room resort hotel, and a luxury condominium apartment
complex. The construction cost will exceed US$1 billion. The first phase,
the construction of the 500 room hotel, will start in July, 2012. YLØhas
been designated as the contractor for the entire project.
