Change to Disclosure Dates of Financial Statement Bulletin 2009 and
January-March 2010 Interim Report
Elcoteq SE changes the disclosure date of the Financial Statement Bulletin for
2009. The Bulletin for 2009 will be published on Thursday, March 25, 2010 at
approximately 9.00 am (EET), instead of the previously announced Wednesday,
March 10, 2010. Also the disclosure date for January-March 2010 interim report
will be changed to Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at approximately 9.00 am, instead of
the previously announced Wednesday, May 5, 2010.
The publication of Annual Report will be postponed correspondingly. A
PDF-version of the Annual Report 2009 will be available at company website at
www.elcoteq.com during the week commencing on April 5, 2010 (week 14) and the
printed version will be available during the week commencing on April 12, 2010
(week 15).
The other dates for financial reporting in 2010 will remain unchanged. Thus, in
2010, Elcoteq will publish:
- Interim Report for January - June on Wednesday, July 21 at approximately 9.00
am (EET)
- Interim Report for January - September on Wednesday, October 27 at
approximately 9.00 am (EET)
Elcoteq SE's Annual General Meeting 2010 will be held in Luxembourg on
Wednesday, April 28, 2010.
