This inaugural round of institutional financing will allow the Company to support a rapidly growing global user base and empower advancements for its collaborative cloud roadmap.
Bootstrapped and profitable since 2005, Australian-founded Nitro was conceived with the vision to simplify the way people create, edit, sign, and share digital documents. Most recognizable for their award-winning Nitro Pro and Nitro Reader, Nitro has grown to exceed 3 million unique active monthly users and over 250,000 paying customers -- encompassing consumers, small- to medium- sized businesses, and Fortune 500 enterprises.
