The shareholders of Lindab International AB (publ) are hereby invited to attend
the Annual General Meeting to be held at 2 pm (CET) on Wednesday 9 May 2012 at
Lindab Arena, Ängelholm, Sweden.
The notice includes a proposal for an incentive programme in the form of a
performance-based share saving programme.
Registration for the Annual General Meeting begins at 1 pm.
The notice is enclosed as an attachment.
