Rocket Fuel decided to open an office in Toronto due to strong demand from Canadian advertisers, especially in the CPG, retail, mobile/telecom and travel sectors, for its artificial-intelligence advertising solutions. With the new Toronto office, Rocket Fuel now has 12 offices worldwide, including in London, New York, Detroit, and Boston. The company plans to open more international offices this year.
The Toronto office will be headed by Senior Account Executive Riaz Sheikh, who previously worked in senior sales roles at Yahoo!, Outdoor Broadcast Network, and Travelzoo.
Amid widespread global demand for its digital ad management platform, Rocket Fuel is expanding rapidly, and recently named , former CFO of PeopleSoft, to its Board of Directors.
