Trustmark Voluntary Benefit Solutions Names Elizabeth G. Vaughan as Regional Sales Director, Midwest Region

(firmenpresse) - LAKE FOREST, IL -- (Marketwire) -- 04/03/12 -- Liz Vaughan, 47, joined Trustmark Voluntary Benefit Solutions as Regional Sales Director for the company's Midwest region, comprising most of the state of Indiana as well as Chicago, its southern suburbs and downstate Illinois. The announcement was made by David Schneeweis, Regional Sales Vice President.
Vaughan was hired to develop relationships with voluntary and employee benefits brokers and enrollment specialists, and strategize sales and enrollments in the Midwest for the Lake Forest, Ill.-based voluntary benefits provider. Her office is located in Park Ridge, Ill.
"There's a definite trend of employer groups in the Midwestern states turning to voluntary benefits to broaden their core benefits offerings and better meet the needs of their employees," said Vaughan. I joined the sales team because of the excellent potential Trustmark products offer brokers and enrollment firms in serving employer groups throughout Illinois and Indiana."
Vaughan has more than 20 years of experience with the past 10 years in voluntary and worksite benefits. Her position previous to Trustmark was as Special Projects Coordinator at AFLAC. Vaughan holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from DePaul University in Chicago, and is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and National Association of Professional Agents.
