Leverkusen, 04 April 2012 - Biofrontera Pharma GmbH, a fully-owned subsidiary of
Biofrontera AG, has today signed an exclusive agreement with Bipharma B.V. in
Almere, The Netherlands, for the marketing and distribution of Ameluz(®) in The
Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. Biofrontera receives an immediate cost
compensation of ? 100,000 plus a very significant share of all net revenues of
Bipharma's Ameluz(® )sales. Further details are published in a parallel press
release.
