Constellation Software Inc. Completes Acquisition of Kestral Computing Pty Ltd.

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 04/04/12 -- Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gary Jonas Computing Ltd. ("Jonas"), has completed the acquisition of Kestral Computing Pty Ltd. ("Kestral"), a leading provider of software to the Radiology and Laboratory information systems industry in Australia, New Zealand and parts of Asia. Further details of the transaction were disclosed in a press release on March 30, 2012, at which time Jonas entered into a purchase agreement to acquire Kestral.
