Healthnostics Announces Special Distribution

(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 04/04/12 -- Healthnostics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HNSS), today announced a special distribution of stock provided through its HNS Fund Co. division. The distribution will consist of InternetArray, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: INAR) common stock in certificate form and bear a restrictive legend under Rule 144 of the Securities Act of 1933. All Healthnostics shareholders of record as of April 30, 2012, will receive one (1) share of InternetArray common stock for every three (3) shares of Healthnostics common stock.
